Personal-use scope
This application is intended only for use by its owner with accounts and data the owner is authorized to access. It is not a public service and may not be used on behalf of another person.
Simulation only
The current deployment parses qualifying execution-alert emails and creates reports that describe a hypothetical API request. It does not place, modify, or cancel orders and does not call an external trading-platform API.
No financial advice or brokerage service
The application provides technical automation only. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice and is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or signal provider. The owner remains responsible for reviewing all information and for every trading decision.
Availability and accuracy
The application is provided as-is for testing. Email delivery, parsing, cloud services, and generated previews can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or unavailable. No representation is made that the application is suitable for live trading.
Access and termination
The owner may stop using the application at any time, revoke its Google Account access, disable its cloud resources, or delete its stored data. Access may also be suspended to protect data or prevent unsafe operation.
Third-party names
Interactive Brokers, IBKR, Google, Gmail, Tradovate, and NinjaTrader are names or trademarks of their respective owners. This personal project is not endorsed by or affiliated with those companies.
Changes
These terms will be updated if the application's purpose or operational boundary materially changes.
